Meet The Founder
Mr. Jacob Roberts is the founder & CEO of Lifeguard U.
He has over 30 years of experience in the industry.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s Degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism with an emphasis in Hospitality Management – University of Utah
EXPERIENCE
Jacob began his pathway to success by earning certifications in basic skills such as Lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED. He utilized them by teaching swim lessons and lifeguarding as a teenager. He expanded his skill set by becoming an Instructor in multiple fields, and has earned his way to becoming an Instructor Trainer in Lifeguarding and First Aid/CPR/AED. He has progressed in his career by managing Aquatic and other Recreation Facilities nationwide, where he used his teaching expertise to train his team members.
Jacob’s passion and drive to help others learn valuable skills and expand their knowledge led to the foundation of Lifeguard U.
