Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) Course and LGI Recertification (Ocean Cay – Nov 26th-Dec 3rd, 2024) Invoice

Description

Lifeguard U will provide the courses for MSC staff on Ocean Cay to earn their certifications as Lifeguard Instructors. Current Lifeguard Instructors will be taking a Recertification course. Participants of both courses will earn their Basic Lifeguarding certification as well.

COURSE LOCATION:

Ocean Cay MSC Marine Reserve

CLASS SCHEDULES (ALL DATES MUST BE ATTENDED):

Classes will run over the period of 6 days between November 26th and December 3rd, 2024.

COST OF COURSE:

LGI Course with Lifeguarding certification: $425 per student (3 students agreed upon)

LGI Recertification Course with Lifeguarding certification: $250 per student (3 students agreed upon)

LGI Manuals: $49 each (5 agreed upon)

Lifeguarding Manuals: $35 (7 agreed upon)

Grand Total: $2515

Due to the weight of the books, there will be an extra luggage charge by the airline. Due to the unknown cost of this fee, Jacob Roberts will pay for this on date of travel, and send an invoice to MSC for reimbursement.

Invoice total due upon receipt.

Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for student cancellations, no-shows, failures, or dismissals.

MSC will provide travel and lodging accommodations for Instructor Trainer Jacob Roberts.
