Lifeguard U holds a strict no refund policy for student cancellations, no-shows, or dismissals.
In the event of a class cancellation due to circumstances outside of the control of the student, students will be given the option to transfer to a future Lifeguard U high level safety training course of equal or lesser value or be given a full refund.
